Thank you to all who attended the September CE Seminar & Business Meeting.

Tony Antonellis, Esq., Brendan Labbe, Esq. and Chris Reilly, Esq. of Sloane & Walsh LLP spoke on Proofs Of Loss, and Paul Sullivan, Esq. and Elizabeth Reidy, Esq. of Zelle LLP spoke on Assignments of Benefits. President Tim Ball gave us an update on the efforts to combat the Anti-PA language appearing in insurance policies. And Executive Director Seth Hochbaum, Esq. spoke about a recent case regarding roof drains and surface water.

During the Business Meeting portion of the day, a vote was held by the attendees to usher in Diane Swerling as interim Treasurer, and Michael Garofalo as a new member of the Board of Directors.  All other officers and board members remained the same. We thank Mindi Labella and Howard Shore for their years of service.
