On September 27th, 2023, MAPIA held its September Seminar & Business Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waltham, Mass.

William Schneider, Esquire led an informative discussion on Assignment of Benefits, tolling statutes, and lead paint & asbestos issues. Sloane & Walsh’s Anthony Antonellis, Esq., Christopher Reilly, Esq. & Brendan Labbe, Esq. then presented on alternative dispute resolutions and holdback claims.
