On May 12, 2021, MAPIA’s second virtual Seminar was held via Zoom webinar, led by MAPIA President Tim Ball. Paid members earned 4 continuing education credits by participating in the courses led by William Schneider, Esq. of Morrison Mahoney, and Glenn Ricciardelli, CPA of MDD Forensic Accountants.

Our morning session was sponsored by The Dry Cleaner by Val, with Grace Rocheleau presenting. Then William Schneider, Esq. presented on legal issues in property claim adjustments, including tolling statute limitations, waiver & estoppel, and appraisal & arbitration. Our afternoon session was sponsored by Federal Environmental Group, with James Morando presenting. Then Glenn Ricciardelli, CPA spoke about business interruption claims in the time of Covid-19, covering topics such as establishing trends, payroll, extra expenses and civil authority.
