Joanne Rios, Esq. of Cohn, Rios & Anglin and Kelleye Van-Liere O’Donnell & Daniel Hall of the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association will present on Navigating Your Client’s MPIUA Claim – this will include identifying issues at the start of a claim, effectively navigating Examinations Under Oath, and considering time limitations under the policy and at law. We will also have Bill Rose, JD, CPCU & Jim Scamby, JD of Melick & Porter LLP presenting on Claims Made Against Insurance Agents & Brokers. They will discuss the types of potential claims, and explain the elements of as well as possible defenses for such claims.
