This discussion will look at the history of bad behavior and the emerging technologies and regulations, charting a course for protecting policyholders’ rights in the digital age. And Kenneth A. Lakin, Esq., John F. Lakin, Esq. & Tracy L. Kramer, Esq. from Lakin Law Firm will focus on Reference, Arbitration and Communication in Claims Handling. These courses have been approved for 5 CE credits by MA and NH.
