Thank you to everyone who joined us for our September CE Seminar & Business Meeting, sponsored by TPS Housing. In our morning course, Mr. Kevin Richard from the Insurance Fraud Bureau spoke about the history of the IFB, and relations with the AG, DOI & other enforcement agencies.

In the afternoon, Seth Hochbaum,  Esq. spoke about current events in the industry, including an analysis of Bill S785.

Our Business Meeting saw the election of President Brian Lenane & Secretary Michael Garofalo, as well as new Board of Directors members Stephen Reardon and Neil Downing, who will join Mark Petrocelli and Justin Grenier.  Diane Swerling remains Vice President & Treasurer.  We thank outgoing President Tim Ball for his many years of dedication to MAPIA, and his hard work on behalf of all public adjusters of Massachusetts.
