Antonellis, Esq., Christopher M. Reilly, Esq., and Brendan L. Labbe, Esq. from Sloane and Walsh will be speaking about “A Deep Dive into the Proof of Loss”. There’s a lot more to it than you might think, and many of us have not been utilizing this tool to its full potential. Elizabeth Reidy Esq. and Paul Sullivan Esq. from Zelle LLP will be speaking about co-insurance and all that it entails. Our Executive Director, Seth Hochbaum, Esq. from RS Law LLP, will inform us about a recent decision on Roof Drains and an exception to the exclusion that may come in handy.
This entire event will earn 5 CE credits. These courses have been approved for both MA & NH credits. The seminar will be followed by our Annual Business Meeting and elections. Dues for 2025-2026 will need to be paid by those wishing to attend. A full update about legislative efforts and progress will be provided at the meeting.
