Jason E. Cohn, Esq. from Cohn, Rios & Wholley presented on recurring challenges from a legal perspective, Reference issues, and public adjuster best practices. Seth Hochbaum, Esq. from Regnante Sterio LLP presented on the insolvency of United Property & Casualty Company, the status of an Additional Insured within a policy, and the difference between a Non-Waiver and Reservation of Rights. MAPIA President Tim Ball also spoke to members about our efforts to combat the Anti-Public Adjuster Endorsement being found within Massachusetts insurance policies.
